CrowdStrike has revealed its intentions to purchase Bionic, a startup from Silicon Valley that specializes in Application Security Posture Management (ASPM). The deal, which involves both cash and stock, is estimated at around $350 million. This move enables CrowdStrike to bolster its cloud security offerings for enterprises.

In a significant development, apexanalytix®, renowned for its supply chain risk management services, software, and data, has confirmed its acquisition of Darkbeam. Darkbeam stands out as a top-tier entity in supplier cyber risk management. This move underscores apexanalytix’s commitment to delivering a holistic approach to risk management for its global clientele.

Today, Arctic Wolf, a cybersecurity powerhouse with a substantial funding record, unveiled its plans to purchase Revelstoke. Revelstoke is recognized for its innovative security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platform. The specifics of the deal, including the purchase price, remain undisclosed.

TPG, the global alternative asset management behemoth, has finalized its acquisition of Forcepoint’s Global Governments and Critical Infrastructure cybersecurity division from Francisco Partners. This deal paves the way for Forcepoint G2CI to emerge as an independent entity, perfectly poised to expand its offerings as a forward-looking cybersecurity provider catering to defense, intelligence, and vital national infrastructure sectors.

San Antonio’s cybersecurity giant, Silotech Group Inc., has clinched a deal with local computer consultancy, Helifox Technologies. The acquisition, which involves Silotech disbursing upwards of $1.5 million in a blend of cash and earnout, was confirmed by Shane Bartholomew, Silotech’s VP of Operations.

Lastly, AddSecure has successfully closed its anticipated acquisition of the Clifford Group, a dominant player in the Benelux telematics arena. This merger grants AddSecure a gateway to sophisticated mobile security and interconnected mobility solutions. As a result, Clifford Group will be integrated into AddSecure, forming a fresh business division named Smart Mobility. This new unit will focus on delivering telematics and business software services within the realms of mobile security and interconnected mobility.
